Cancellations, Changes to Existing Tour Booking & Refunds
You may cancel or make changes to your current tour prior to the start of your tour. This change or cancellation must be provided in writing to the company and will be subject to the cancellation policy set forth below. Tour changes or alterations requested by you, including advancements or postponements of tour dates, will be subject to availability of hotels, airlines, cruises etc. While our team will try our best to accommodate such requests, a change to the tour may be subject to cancellation/change fees as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Initial Deposit made at the time of booking will be non-refundable.
Any cancellation, shortening of trip, unused portion of trip after the start of the trip (including date of commencement of the trip) will become non-refundable.
The cancellation of or changes to international flights and domestic flights booked by the Company as part of your tour may be subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions and any such fees or charges must be borne fully by you.
The Company shall disburse any applicable refund within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the request/instruction to cancel or change the tour as per the above cancellation terms.
