Accuracy of Travel Information
Our Website contains information about multiple topics including but not limited to travel destinations, fares, reservations, flight departure dates and times, vacation packages, tours, insurance, transportation, schedules, hotels and lodging and travel companies. Often the posted information is furnished by third party travel industry providers including airlines, hotels, restaurants and transportation providers (“Service Provider”). We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information is the most current and accurate available but we cannot guarantee its accuracy all of the time. In addition, the travel products and services described on the Website are subject to availability.
Agency Relationship
We purchase transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant services and other services from various Service Providers that are not subject to our dominion or control. We shall not be held liable for any act, default, injury (including death), loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience caused to or suffered by any person or their property, which may occur or be incurred by any organization or person, even though such act, default, injury, loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience may have been caused or contributed to: (a) by the act, neglect or default of our Service Provider or of any persons for whose acts it would otherwise be responsible, or (b) defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality under the control of a Service Provider. In addition, we will not be liable for delays in departure or interruption of your vacation arrangements caused by weather conditions, technical problems of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality, strikes, war, terrorist activity, civil commotion or any causes beyond our reasonable control. By issuing tickets, vouchers and coupons for transportation and making arrangements for hotel or other accommodation, we are not acting as principal but only as agent for the companies, corporations or persons providing or offering the means of transportation and accommodation. To the extent we are not be acting as an agent, as stated above, we shall be deemed to be acting as an agent of the purchasers in arranging or booking transportation and accommodation.
Tour Booking Policy
Once the final itinerary is sent and accepted by you, an invoice will be sent along with a liability waiver and release agreement to be signed by each traveler in your party. A deposit of 20% is due at the time of booking and is required to hold your reservation in the tour along with full payment of the domestic flight supplement (flights within India). The signed liability waiver and release agreements for each traveler in your party are also due at the time you make your deposit. If you are travelling during a high season period [ie. during the Pushkar Camel Fair usually during (October & November, dates vary depending on the year) or around Christmas and New Year’s (December 20 to January 5) the remaining balance must be paid at least 95 days prior to your departure date. For travel booked during non-high season dates, the remaining balance must be paid at least 45 days prior to your departure date.
Cancellation of domestic flights in India may incur a separate cancellation charge of approximately $25 to $30 per segment. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of your tour and could be subject to cancellation charges.

Service Provider Booking Policies and Travel Information
Many of the services which are included in your booking are provided by Service Providers. Service Providers customarily require passengers, patrons and guests agree to comply with their own booking policies as a condition using their services. Some of these booking policies may limit or exclude your right to sue or assert a claim against the Service Provider. We shall not be responsible for any policies or any information furnished by Service Providers. All information displayed on the Website including but not limited to prices, vacation packages, tours, itineraries, flights and other information is subject to change by us or the Service Providers without notice. If we are aware that informational changes have occurred will make reasonable efforts to advise you of such changes but we make no guarantee in respect thereof. Therefore, we advise you to verify all information displayed on our Website or in your itinerary with the Service Providers.
Transferability, Cancellation and Refunds.
All airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, coupons or other travel documents supplied by a Service Provider are non-transferrable and may be subject to cancellation or change penalties including total forfeiture of deposits or payments. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details at <insert url link>. In addition, the Service Provider’s booking policy may stipulate that travel arrangements, reservations and confirmations are non–refundable, non–date–changeable and subject to cancellation, additional fees or post-purchase price increases. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of all supplier terms and conditions.
Service Provider’s Failure to Deliver Services
In the event that a Service Provider is unable to supply the services you purchased, your remedy lies against Service Provider, and not against us. If you pay by credit card and the transaction is processed through our merchant account, you agree that you will not chargeback or recover from us any payment or other losses that is attributable to a Service Provider’s default or failure to deliver services.
Travel Documents
You are responsible for securing all passports, visas, vaccinations and other travel documents. We are not particularly knowledgeable about country and health conditions in the destinations you are traveling. We bear no responsibility for supplying such information to you.
Prices
Special conditions, restrictions or limitations may apply to the prices displayed on the Website. To determine such conditions, restrictions or limitations you must contact us or the relevant Service Provider. In addition to the prices advertised on the Website, you may be required to pay certain taxes, government fees and other charges payable on the room, tour or internal flights. You may also be required to pay post-purchase price increases for air transportation to offset additional government fees or currency fluctuations.
Insurance
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance that provides adequate coverage for medical expenses, personal accident, lost luggage and a reduction in or cancellation of trip. Please note that there are exclusions to coverage of insurance. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the insurance coverage purchased and ensure that the coverage meets your travel needs. To ensure the most complete coverage during the dates of travel, insurance must be fully paid for at the time of booking.
Special Requests
You must inform us at the time of the booking of any special requests you have. We will make every effort to notify the Service Provider of any reasonable requests but we make no promise that your request will be fulfilled. A Service Provider’s failure to carry out a special request does not constitute a breach of contract on our part.
